Online Training -- What is it?
Online personal training is delivering content and information online along with in-person training. I will email you a personalized workout plan and a nutrition plan once a week (depending on what package you choose). We will communicate regularly to talk about goals, progress and your next sessio . Once you are logged in, you can view high resolution instructional exercise videos and print your program to use at home or in your health club.
