Boot Camp
One hour intensive outdoor exercise programs for those wanting a new challenge and to jump start their fitness level. We will be using body pushups, pull-ups, squats, tire rolls, crunches, running, and much, much more. Boot camp meets three days a week for six weeks.

Bridal Boot Camp
Look your best for the most important day of your life. Lose inches, get lean, and lose the fat. Meets for eight weeks, three days per week.

Online Training
Online personal training is delivering content and information online along with in-person training. I will email you a personalized workout plan and a nutrition plan once a week (depending on what package you choose). We will communicate regularly to talk about goals, progress and your next session . Once you are logged in, you can view high resolution instructional exercise videos and print your program to use at home or in your health club.

Prom Boot Camp Package
Be in the best shape and look your best at your prom with this special package. This is a four week program with two – one hour sessions per week.

Marathon Training Program
Programs are designed for the first time marathoner or the veteran wanting to improve his/her time.
