Boot Camp is a group fitness program that can be outdoors or indoors and consists of body weight - based exercises such as push-ups, sit-ups, pull-ups, and calisthenics, combined with agility/obstacle course work and running. Since classes are taught in a group setting, there is an emphasis on team building and cooperation to achieve a goal, namely to get in the best shape of your life.

Boot Camp Challenge is meant for any person at any fitness level given they do not have any physical or health limitations that prohibit them from participating in an exercise program
